Glendalough Lake

This is Glendalough, literally ‘Glen of the two lakes’. A group of us headed on a walk around it on Wednesday – a 9km hike involving wet socks and annoying midgets trying to eat you alive. Apart from that it was great though! I was in a rare mood and decided to take my tripod with me so I was able to make this shot is from 5 exposures +2 to -2.

This photo is mind boggling. The sky is so moody and the greens are so vibrant. Very surreal. I think the results are worth all the bug bites!

I just had to comment, because your pictures–all of them, but this one especially–are absolutely wonderful….I was thinking of moving to Glendalough when I got out of college next year and your pictures pretty much persuaded me…..is it really as beautiful there as your pictures make it seem?

Got something to say??? Speak out!!!
