My local train station is really very small – in fact this is most of it right here! I tok this photo on the same day as A Shining Light On A Gloomy Day. Very few people were around that morning since it was near Christmas and everyone had the proper sense to stay at home and veg out in front of the TV, stuffing their faces with sweets, as you should be around Christmas time.
I took the shot from the overhead gantry that links two (out of a total of three) platforms together – it does give a good vantage point so there’ll be a couple more of these shots to come for sure

Wow, this is stunning, as if it was shot B/W and hand-tinted.
this is unbelievably beautiful!! Had I not read your post, I would have thought this is a painting. I love this so much, I think I love small train station more
) I get lost in big train station. This train station has definitely a charming character.
Thanks betchai, a lot of people have been telling me it looks like a painting, although I didn’t do anything special for that photo – I guess the lighting was just right on the day
Hello, i guess this is as good of a place as any to post and let you know. I went to subscribe to your RSS feed, and when i clicked it i got an error that said “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING” followed by other gibberish that scrolled off the screen. I had to force the page to stop loading because it locked up my browser. Cheers, Mick.
